- 12:15 - 1:15 PM - Snorkeling Activity in Akumal Bay
- 1:30 PM - Departure to the cenote park.
- 2:00 PM - Arrival at the cenote park.
- 2:15 - 3:30 PM - Guided tour and activity in the cenotes.
- 04:00 PM - Return transportation to the hotels.

Cancellation policies
100% refund will apply in the following cases:
- If the service is cancelled by the provider. For example, in case of bad weather and rescheduling is not possible.
- Due to illness, presenting a medical report.
- If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the day of travel.
- If a date change is requested at least 24 hours in advance and a new date cannot be agreed.
A 50% refund will apply:
- If the cancellation is made after 17:00 (local time) on the day before travel.
- If a date change is requested after 17:00 (local time) on the day before travel, and a new date cannot be agreed.
No refunds will apply:
- If the client does not show up on the date and time of the visit.
