Please note that refunds do not apply for cancellations within 4 days prior to your expedition in Río Secreto. All of our programs within the Nature Reserve operate rain or shine, so no refunds apply for bad weather, unless the tour operator and⁄or service provider decides to cancel the program.
Changes
All changes are subject to availability. Please call us personally if you wish to make any changes to your reservation, as we cannot accept instructions from third parties, hotels, travel agencies or car rental companies.
Refunds
All refunds – due to a reduction in the number of participants, complete cancellation of the reservation, or for any other reason – may be subject to a 10% administrative fee on the total amount paid for services .
Cruise passengers
If you travel by boat, we ask that you contact our Reservation Center, where they will tell you the best way to make the reservation for your expedition, as it is necessary that your boat’s data be verified to avoid setbacks.
