Cancellation policies
We put at your disposal our cancellation policy for reservations made. Please note that there are no refunds on discounted prices, in this case a rebooking would apply, if you need to change your reservation; You must do so at least 4 days before confirmed reservation date (all changes are subject to availability).
A credit valid for six months will be awarded for the same or any other Selvatica experience with the same value.
To schedule a new date, contact us and our reservations staff will assist you.
To receive a refund for canceling a paid reservation, you must do so at least 4 days before the confirmed reservation date, with a charge of 10% of the total amount.
IN CASE OF NO SHOW:
We request our visitors to be on site at least half an hour before the confirmed time for their tour. In case of no-show, the amount charged is not refundable.
WEATHER WARRANTY:
If you would like to reschedule your tour just call us 24 hours in advance and we will reschedule your visit. And if it doesn’t fit into your vacation plan, your reservation is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Your tour will be confirmed, we can reschedule your pickup. * The holder of the credit card with which the payment was made is required to present photo identification. Otherwise the reservation will not be valid.
