Minors (under 18 years) are not allowed to board without being accompanied by a person over 18 years of age.

For senior citizens, pregnant women or those with a disability or medical condition that requires assistance or a special area, it is essential to notify the staff. In these cases, in order to carry out the activity, it is recommended that you request prior authorization from your doctor. Anyone who carries out the activity will be considered under their own responsibility.

For people who may have a reaction to strobe lights, it is advisable that they do not carry out the activity or that they notify us before boarding, in this way we can place them in areas where they are less affected.

If you or a member of your family are under the influence of any alcoholic or illegal substance, or with an attitude that may affect the rest of the passengers, Hook reserves the right to refuse admission to the boat.

Boarding with suitcases, large packages or pets is not permitted. We do not have lockers on the premises.

It is necessary to wear appropriate clothing and footwear. It is prohibited to wear swimsuits, transparent clothing, wet clothing or similar items.

The use of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, alcoholic beverages outside the activity, drugs or similar substances is prohibited.

In case of bad weather, the Port Captain will decide to authorize or cancel the departure of the boats. Captain Hook will wait for instructions until the last minute and is not authorized to decide or inform about the port’s decisions, since these can change depending on the inclement weather. If the Port Captain decides to cancel the departure of the boats, the activity will be carried out anchored to the dock. In this type of circumstances, no refund applies since the activity is not cancelled.

In case the weather conditions (heavy rain and/or strong winds) do not allow us to set sail normally, the activity is carried out on the dock for the safety of the passengers and the crew. In this type of circumstances, no refund applies since the activity is not cancelled.

In both cases, passengers can change the date of their activity and it will be necessary to notify before boarding the boat in order to make the change.

Surcharge

The surcharge for an adult dinner ticket (12+ years) is $20 USD and $10 USD for a dinner ticket for a child from 2 to 11 years old and/or children under the Kids Free promotion. For each adult, 2 children under the Kids Free promotion apply. For each additional child under this promotion, a child’s dinner must be purchased. This charge is MANDATORY and must be paid upon check-in before boarding the boat.

In the event that someone who is part of the reservation does not attend, and you wish to consume said dinner, you must pay the surcharge corresponding to that ticket.

When selecting the vegetarian dinner option, you can choose one of the following options:

• Pasta with mushrooms
• Caesar salad
• White fish fillet
