Tour Departure
The tour departs from the pier located at Playa Langosta, at kilometer 5 of Boulevard Kukulcán in the Hotel Zone of Cancun. It is recommended to arrive 20 to 30 minutes before the catamaran departure time.
Cancellation policies
Cancellation without penalty is only valid up to 4 days before the scheduled date. If the cancellation is made 5 days or more before the scheduled date, a refund will be issued, although a 10% bank fee will be applied to the total amount.
In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
