Use of cameras
In accordance with international safety standards and to ensure the physical safety of visitors, cameras are not permitted during our adventure activities. Our activities require that your hands are free at all times. This includes cameras such as point-and-shoots, DSLR and SLR cameras, disposable cameras, and cell phones.
Exceptions:
Go Pro and similar cameras are only permitted if mounted on the helmet with a head mount during activities. The use of action selfie sticks, chest mounts, hand mounts, or any other body part other than the head (helmet) is prohibited.

A full refund is offered for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the activity start time. No refunds apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity start time, even if you do not attend the activity.
No Shows
If you are not picked up, you may reschedule your activity for a later date (subject to availability, which is not guaranteed). In such case, a transportation fee of US$ 15 per person applies.
