100% refund will apply in the following cases:

  • If the service is cancelled by the provider. For example, in case of bad weather and rescheduling is not possible.

  • Due to illness, presenting a medical report.

  • If the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the day of travel.

  • If a date change is requested at least 24 hours in advance and a new date cannot be agreed.

A 50% refund will apply:

  • If the cancellation is made after 17:00 (local time) on the day before travel.
  • If a date change is requested after 17:00 (local time) on the day before travel, and a new date cannot be agreed.

No refunds will apply:
